A graduate of the College of Charleston’s Historic Preservation & Community Planning program, Cameron began his career in sensitive historic rehabilitation before expanding into ground-up development and luxury infill construction. He founded Old City Builders in 2010, completed his first self-funded speculative rehab in 2011, and has since led the construction or development of over 200 residential projects.

Cameron has personally managed over $75 million in investor and client capital return. He has never lost investor money, and has absorbed cuts to protect limited partners when needed. His depth of field experience gives him an unusual edge in underwriting, execution, and post-close performance; not just as a builder, but as a capital manager with a long view. He invests personal capital in every deal. His reputation is staked on outcomes.

Ryan Sanders is the operational anchor of OC Capital Partners. With a decade of experience across both commercial and residential construction, he has overseen more than $100 million in project volume through to completion. For the past three years, he has served as Director of Operations at Old City Builders, where he runs day-to-day construction oversight, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and cost control.

Ryan is the rare field-side leader who operates with finance-level discipline. He is on time and to spec, both at work and in life, and is known as a rock-solid presence who grounds the team’s ability to scale. His leadership enables the fund to operate efficiently without layering in outside GC overhead or third-party management. When we say “we build it,” Ryan is why that’s possible.

Ryan brings over 20 years of institutional investment experience across investment banking, private equity, and real estate. He has underwritten and executed nearly $1 billion in transactions spanning multiple asset classes, industries, and deal types.

As Capital Strategy Advisor to OC Capital Partners, Ryan plays a central role in the modeling, analysis, and financial architecture behind Fund I. His work synthesizes complex deal-level underwriting into clear, investor-ready frameworks, providing the fund with disciplined oversight and clarity on performance forecasting.
